ZK Technical Product Manager
About the Company:
We are a world-class cybersecurity company on a mission to redefine privacy, trust, and verification in the digital age. With elite engineering talent, deep roots in applied cryptography, and major backing from governments and global enterprises, we are building the next frontier of secure systems – with zero-knowledge cryptography at the core.
As we expand our zero-knowledge R&D and implementation efforts, we are looking for a Technical Product Manager (ZK) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of ZK-based features that will shape the future of cybersecurity.
The Role:
You’ll sit at the intersection of cutting-edge cryptography, engineering, and real-world product needs, leading initiatives that bring ZK proofs into production-grade systems at scale.
You will:
- Own the full product lifecycle for zero-knowledge-powered features and systems – from research validation through to launch and iteration.
- Translate complex cryptographic concepts (e.g. zkSNARKs, zkSTARKs, proofs of identity, verifiable compute) into clear product requirements and use cases.
- Collaborate closely with cryptographers, engineers, and system architects to scope and prioritize features across internal tools and client-facing solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering performant and secure ZK implementations optimized for high-assurance environments.
- Shape technical product strategy for ZK-based modules related to privacy, secure access, data verification, and multi-party compute.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to ensure we’re at the forefront of ZK innovation in security infrastructure.
- Communicate vision and roadmap clearly to stakeholders ranging from internal leadership to strategic partners and clients.
Requirements:
Must-Have:
- 4+ years of product management experience in a technical, engineering-driven environment.
- Solid understanding of cryptographic concepts, with a focus on zero-knowledge proofs and their applications.
- Experience working closely with R&D teams, cryptographers, or protocol engineers.
- Proven success managing complex, technical products – ideally in cybersecurity, privacy, blockchain, or infrastructure.
- Ability to translate between highly technical teams and business or non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Background in engineering, computer science, or applied cryptography.
- Familiarity with ZK libraries and tooling (e.g. Halo2, zkSync, gnark, Circom, Noir, Nova, Risc0).
- Experience with privacy-preserving systems, secure enclave technologies, or distributed identity.
- Prior experience in enterprise security or working with regulated industries.
- Passion for applied research, innovation, and building resilient, privacy-preserving systems at scale.
What We Offer:
- A chance to lead at the cutting edge of cybersecurity and cryptography innovation.
- Competitive compensation (base + equity/token options).
- Work alongside elite researchers, engineers, and product minds in a high-trust, high-impact culture.
- Deep focus on technical excellence, quality, and meaningful work.
- Flexible remote culture with optional travel to global team offsites and security conferences.
