SAP HCM Payroll Specialist – Help Us Innovate HR!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- You’ll be in charge of running and coordinating complex SAP HCM projects, and coming up with new and exciting solutions.
- You’ll manage the work of external experts, making sure everything runs smoothly and everyone works well together.
- You’ll analyze, advise, and implement projects, helping to improve our HR systems and managing various types of projects.
- You’ll be responsible for improving and developing our current SAP HCM solutions, getting hands-on development experience.
- You’ll create custom solutions that meet our needs and improve efficiency.
- You’ll be the go-to person for payroll questions, working closely with HR and Finance to make things better.
What We’re Looking For:
- You have a degree in business or a technical field, and maybe you’ve worked with agile methods before.
- You have lots of experience with SAP in HR, especially payroll, or with SuccessFactors EC software.
- You’re good at giving advice to people and finding practical solutions.
- You can prioritize tasks and work well with a team.
- You’re committed, solution-oriented, and take responsibility for your work.
- You speak German and either French or Italian fluently
