I’m recruiting an experienced recruiter for one of my clients-someone who will make an impact. In this role, you’ll use your expertise to attract top IT professionals. These professionals will, in turn, provide IT transformation advice to some of the biggest (global) names in business. Your biggest challenge? A demanding market, complex roles, and stakeholders who expect you to act quickly and deliver results.
I’m looking for someone who:
- Ideally has HBO-level education or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the tech sector (e.g., IT architects and IT engineers).
- Has experience with stakeholder management and knows how and when to push back.
- Ideally also knows how to challenge the status quo.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
- Is socially skilled, presents with confidence, and communicates easily.
- Has experience in agency recruitment; additional experience in internal recruitment is a plus.
- Knows what a recruitment campaign looks like, can set it up, and fully own it.
- Is familiar with the Dutch (IT) recruitment market (including Amsterdam). Experience recruiting strategic IT consultants in financial markets is a big plus. Experience recruiting SAP consultants is also a plus.
- Speaks fluent English; Dutch and/or French is a major plus.
- Preferably available before June 1, 2025.
