Business Development Lead (ZK & L2 Ecosystem)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Lead with a strong network in the L2 and ZK space to help forge strategic partnerships. Rather than traditional sales, this role focuses on identifying and securing design partners-key players who can shape and validate our infrastructure as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with DeFi, gaming, and enterprise partners looking to leverage L2 and ZK infrastructure.
- Establish relationships with rollup-as-a-service providers, infrastructure teams, and key decision-makers in the ecosystem.
- Stay ahead of funding rounds and market movements to target the right partners at the right time.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to align technical capabilities with partnership opportunities.
- Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and private networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Strong BD or partnerships experience within the crypto, L2, or ZK ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of L2 infrastructure, ZK technology, and modular blockchain architectures.
- Well-connected within the Web3 space, with access to VC-backed projects and decision-makers.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying and closing strategic partnerships independently.
