Our client, a leader in power transmission solutions for the wind energy industry, is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Sales Engineer to drive business growth and market expansion. Founded in 1999, the company specializes in engineering solutions for bearings and power transmission systems, serving major OEMs, industrial distributors, and end users.
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Account management – Strengthening relationships with key customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
New business development – Expanding the company’s presence in the wind energy sector by identifying and engaging new clients.
Technical consultation – Providing expert advice on power transmission systems, bearings, and customized engineering solutions.
Market intelligence – Keeping up with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Customer support – Ensuring smooth order processing, after-sales service, and ongoing client satisfaction.
This role is remote but requires frequent travel (60%+) to customer sites, industry events, and trade shows.
Ideal Candidate
- 3-5 years of industrial sales experience
- 3-5 years in wind energy, renewable energy, or engineering
- Technical expertise in power transmission components and bearings
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
