Senior Integration Consultant (UKG Pro WFM Focus)

Your Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust integration solutions for UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) systems.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique integration requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain efficient and secure integration architectures.
- Employ your expert precision to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges.
- Take the lead on integration projects, effectively managing timelines, resources, and client communication.
- Deliver comprehensive training and knowledge transfer to both clients and internal teams.
What You’ll Bring:
- Certification in UKG Pro WFM implementation is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in system integration, with a strong emphasis on HR and workforce management platforms.
- Deep expertise in APIs, middleware technologies, and data mapping techniques.
- A proven track record of successfully managing integration projects and leading technical teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities to navigate intricate integration scenarios.
- Familiarity with process management methodologies, business consulting principles, and hybrid project management approaches.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or OrgVue is a desirable plus.
