Job Summary:
The Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting, selling, and supporting compressed air systems and solutions. This role combines technical expertise in compressed air systems with strong sales skills to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the compressed air sector.

Provide technical consultations to customers, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate compressed air solutions (e.g., compressors, dryers, filtration systems).

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.

Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals.

Collaborate with the engineering and service teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Follow up on leads, customer inquiries, and after-sales support.

Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

2+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on compressed air systems, industrial equipment, or similar technical products.

Strong technical understanding of compressed air systems (e.g., rotary screw compressors, piston compressors, air dryers, etc.).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to analyze customer needs and propose optimal solutions.

Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
