HR IT Expert (SAP HCM – Swiss Payroll Focus) – Switzerland
A leading international organization is seeking a solution-oriented, structured, and independent HR IT Expert (m/f/d) to join and strengthen their HR IT team. If you are passionate about the digital transformation of HR processes and eager to drive exciting projects within HR IT and SAP HCM, particularly with a focus on Swiss Payroll, we encourage you to apply. This role offers an immediate start or by arrangement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and drive the further development of the SAP HCM system landscape for their Swiss entities, with a strong emphasis on the Swiss Payroll module.
- Analyze and optimize HR IT processes through close collaboration with the HR department and other specialist teams.
- Manage and implement HR IT projects and system enhancements from inception to completion.
- Collaborate closely with external partners and service providers on project execution and system support activities.
- Conduct thorough testing, deliver effective end-user training, and provide ongoing support.
- Offer expert advice and support in error analysis and troubleshooting across both SAP and non-SAP HR systems.
- Actively participate in the continuous development of the HR IT roadmap and infrastructure.
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience and in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules, with a strong preference for expertise in Swiss payroll accounting.
- Proven experience in successfully implementing HR IT projects and new HR software solutions within an international environment.
- Demonstrated ability to approach complex problems with a structured and analytical mindset, coupled with a strong drive for continuous professional development within a dynamic setting.
- Excellent ability to share knowledge effectively with colleagues in a targeted and solution-oriented manner, proactively offering support.
- Fluent in German is a must; proficiency in English is advantageous.
