Title: Operational & Commercial Director

Reporting To: CEO

Industry: Life Sciences – Pharma/Biotechnology – Equipment

Salary: Up to €90,000 + 15% Bonus

Location: Lyon

Out client is a leading company in preparation, treatment and protection of metal equipment and infrastructure. They provide solutions to a variety of industries to protect against chemical and biological contamination risks. One of their biggest industries are Pharmaceuticals, Food and Technology.

Your Role:

• Commercial Development – managing and prospecting Client Portfolios and anticipating client needs
• Operational Management – supervising staff/resources, planning and coordinating onsite workshops and managing profitability
• Management and Training – supervising the commercial teams and implementing training plans
• Key Performance Indicators – managing KPIs across the business

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years experience in a similar role within the Pharma, Food or Technology industries
• Ideally an Engineering degree or education
• Experience in management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
