Senior Integration Consultant (UKG Pro WFM Focus)

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust integration solutions for UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) systems.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique integration requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain efficient and secure integration architectures.
• Employ your expert precision to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges.
• Take the lead on integration projects, effectively managing timelines, resources, and client communication.
• Deliver comprehensive training and knowledge transfer to both clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Bring:

• Certification in UKG Pro WFM implementation is essential.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in system integration, with a strong emphasis on HR and workforce management platforms.
• Deep expertise in APIs, middleware technologies, and data mapping techniques.
• A proven track record of successfully managing integration projects and leading technical teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities to navigate intricate integration scenarios.
• Familiarity with process management methodologies, business consulting principles, and hybrid project management approaches.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or OrgVue is a desirable plus.
